Alexey Yu. Savin

Alexey Yu. Savin was born in 1946 in Moscow in the military family. In the Armed Forces of Russian Federation since 1964 till 2004. Started as a student of Black Sea Highest Navy School, finished his military service as general-lieutenant of the Administration of General Staff of the Armed Forces of Russian Federation.

Doctor of Technical Sciences, Doctor of Philosophy, honored Doctor of the European University. Honored citizen of Sevastopol. Participated in the battles. Honored military specialist. Awarded by many medals (including the Order of Courage) and medals, and also with personal fire-arms.

Academician of Russian Academy of Natural Sciences, of International Academy of Sciences, of Italian Academy of Economic and Social Sciences.
